Flooring installation in Ruskin, FL
MBM Home Improvements is based in Ruskin, so when we say local we mean the next street over, not a service-area footnote. Marcelo Maluf started the company in 2022 after more than a decade in renovation work, and a lot of our first floors went into homes within a short drive of where we live.

Southern Hillsborough County is slab-on-grade country with a high water table, heavy summer humidity and the occasional hurricane-season soaking. That combination is why most Ruskin homeowners ask us about waterproof luxury vinyl plank first, with laminate as the budget-friendly runner-up for dry bedrooms, dens and offices.
Every job begins with a [free in-home estimate](/free-estimate). We come to the house, measure each room, set samples on your own floor in your own light, and leave you a written quote. There is no storefront to visit and no pressure to decide that day, and if you want to spread the cost, [financing is available](/financing).
If you are comparing options, skim the two pages below, then read what [neighbors say in our reviews](/reviews). Customers a few miles south often pair a Ruskin job with the same plan in [Apollo Beach](/flooring-apollo-beach), and our [flooring installation](/flooring-installation) page explains how every project runs from demo to final walkthrough.
