MBM Home Improvements: Your Local Flooring Partner in Tampa Bay
MBM Home Improvements was founded by Marcelo Maluf and opened in August 2022. We are based in Ruskin, FL, and we serve homeowners and businesses across Tampa Bay. The company is young, but the team brings more than a decade of home renovation experience to every job.
We focus on two things: waterproof luxury vinyl and budget-friendly laminate. Both suit Florida homes, where humidity, summer storms, and slab floors are part of everyday life. We arrive on time, protect your space while we work, and leave it clean when we are done.
How we work
We come to you. At your free in-home estimate, we bring samples so you can compare colors and textures in your own light, measure the space, and look at the subfloor. You then get a clear written estimate with no pressure.
Our services include vinyl and laminate installation, stairs, floor repair, and old-floor removal and prep, for homes and commercial spaces. If you want to spread out the cost, financing is available for qualifying projects.
