Slab floors, humidity, and storm-season moisture are the main things we plan around. Before installing, we check the base for flatness and moisture concerns, level low spots, and choose underlayment where it helps. If your old floor needs to come out, demolition and prep can be included, and if something is damaged, we can look at floor repair first.
What a typical install day looks like
We protect the surrounding areas, move standard furniture where needed, install the floor, reinstall trim, and clean up at the end of the day. Before we leave, we walk through the finished work with you and answer any questions about caring for the floor.
